These “backstage Betties”, who hang out in the back of the tour bus and try their best to bed their favourite rock star were an integral part of the hedonistic ’60s/’70s rock ‘n’ roll lifestyle.

From the famous groupies – Cynthia Plaster-Caster and Pamela Des Barres to the unknowns, each and everyone of these ’sexy’ young thangs are on their own trip in search of pills, thrills and gossip.
